- Heat Tolerance: It's heat resistant up to about 100 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius.
- Cold Tolerance: It can withstand cold temperatures down to about -20 degrees Celsius to 0 degrees Celsius.

Microwave Use:
When microwaving, avoid heating at high power for extended periods. It's recommended to use a medium-low power setting and shorten the heating time. Always remove the lid or open the vent before heating to prevent excessive internal pressure and potential hazards.

Food and Container Care:
If food is very hot, such as freshly removed from a pot, allow it to cool slightly before placing it in the food storage container. Avoid high-temperature steaming or boiling water for sanitization as this can cause the container to warp or become damaged.
